Can the Desktop Software interact
with common applications?
Our Postcode Lite Desktop software allows you to lookup addresses
and simply copy the address to the clipboard. We also have a
"Professional Version" which detects the current application you are
using, so after finding the address it will pop the address in the
appropriate fields in your favourite application.
Selling to your customers
Can I be a reseller?
Sorry we do not offer
any reseller margin because of our low prices.
We do however have the facility to create an account to
oversee/manage customer accounts.
I am a developer, but how do I create an account for a customer
Each of your customers, MUST
have a separate account set-up,
and credits purchased for each customer. YOU
must make sure that the end customer has understood our
terms

How do I pay?
You
can purchase licenses on-line and pay by PayPal or Google checkout.
Do I have to wait for License?
As soon as the license is paid for it becomes
active for internet
based data. To use local data files you must ring us during
office hours, or e-mail your License ID and Site Code taken from the
"Manager.exe" unlock program. Contact us

Do you send me a CD-ROM?
To keep our prices
low, we only offer downloads. Indeed this means you can
download, open an account, trial, then purchase and use within
minutes.
Can the credit packs be used within my organisation on our
Intranet?
The Royal Mail Terms
and Conditions specify that for use within an organisation, by an
employee, using any interface, that a license must be purchased for
each user. This includes use within your Intranet or web
application.
Can a User License be used on my public web site?
The Royal Mail Terms
and Conditions specify that for use on a public web site, you must
purchase credit packs and pay per address search.
How often is the data updated?
Our internet data is
updated every month. Local data files are updates every four months,
we send you an e-mail when an update is ready for download.
I have local data files, how do I get updates?
We e-mail you when updates are available, which can be downloaded,
and copied to your Network or PC.
